Here are the steps to determine if something is a bug in the product or caused by your application.
- Review the Changelog hotfixes and Refreshes released since your current version and see if there was a bugfix for this issue.
- Reproduce the issue in a Dancing Goat project on your current version.
If you find an issue was resolved in a hotfix or Refresh, please update your application to the version where the fix was applied. We typically don't go back and fix older versions, especially when there haven't been any major version releases since then. You can review our product support policy in the documentation.
If you are able to reproduce the behavior in Dancing Goat then you can send a message to our support team and the issue will be triaged and resolved in an upcoming hotfix or Refresh.
Note: I just started up a v30.8.0 Dancing Goat application and was able to create a new workflow and add steps to it.
