Cannot get Community Portal to run locally

I'm having an issue trying to get the CommunityPortal running locally. When I run it, the site starts and displays for a few seconds and then the process stops and I am getting error messages related to Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting.Internal.Host and it would appear to be the Azure Storage Emulator local domains. Thanks for trying out the Community Portal project!

Did you start up Azurite before starting your ASP.NET Core application?

If you are using VS Code, there's an extension to make it really easy to turn on/off. If you are using VS or Rider, you'll need to run Azurite from the command line.

As a side note, I've thought about using .NET Aspire to improve the local dev experience now that there are more external dependencies. I'll need to find out how well Xperience works with Aspire.

I think I'll update the way the background service initializes to skip creating the queue/storage clients if support request processing is disabled

I tried starting Azurite first but when I do that I get a similar but different error, plus sometimes VS gives me an "Unable to connect to web server 'Portal.Web' error message too. This is the new error when Azurite is running:
