I want to add more field to admin notification of workflow type, do we have that function?
I've checked and saw a document to create custom workflow, but it need create a lot thing

At the moment (v31.1.0 of Xperience by Kentico) there is no feature to add custom placeholders or interact with this kind of automated email sending.
Creating a custom workflow is a feature for marketers to define which administration user roles have the ability to move content to the next publishing workflow step. This is done through the administration UI by marketers, not in code by developers.
