Error when upgrading from 31.0.0 to 31.2.0

Hi,

I try to upgrade from Xperience by Kentico 31.0.0 to 31.2.0.

After the migration I got this error when I run my web application :

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'CMS.Campaigns, Version=31.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=834b12a258f213f9'

Why version 31.3 when I upgrade to 31.2 and which nuget package need this assembly ?

Update... I have to delete all my obj files and bin and it's working.
