AIRA now asks for approval before certain actions, such as saving a shared content strategy, and it respects the user’s permissions and channel access. Kentico also recommends treating generated content as a draft and having someone review it before publishing.
I’m curious where teams are drawing the line beyond those built-in prompts. Reviewing content and suggesting improvements seems fairly low risk. Replacing existing copy, saving something shared across a team, or starting a bulk operation feels different—especially when the change could affect multiple pages or channels.
Are you relying mainly on AIRA’s approval prompts, or are you also using Xperience roles and workflows for higher-impact changes? I’d also be interested in how teams are handling previews, audit history, and rolling back a change that was approved but turned out to be wrong.
