IP whitelisting a website on SaaS

We have deployed a new website to Xperience by Kentico SaaS for a client that has site‑wide IP whitelisting in place.

We are encountering an issue where the Xperience Portal outage detection is reporting the site as unavailable, as the health checks are also being blocked by the IP restrictions.

Before investing time in additional logging to identify and whitelist the relevant user agents, I wanted to ask:

Has anyone already implemented IP whitelisting with Xperience SaaS and successfully accounted for the Portal/outage detection checks?

Specifically, is there an existing or recommended list of Kentico/Xperience SaaS IP ranges or user agents that can be safely whitelisted to allow these checks to function correctly?

You can send a request to the support, with the project code name and they will be able to give you some IP ranges for given environment. However, it is all running on Azure - so the IPs are changing every now and then. So, after some time you would need to ask for an updated list of IPs.
