Kentico 13 Admin widget properties APPLY not working

I created a simple widget. It is appearing on CMS. I can successfully add the widget. However, if I go to Configure widget and apply, the apply does not work. There is no any console and event log.

Environment

  • Xperience by Kentico version: [13.0.130]
  • .NET version: [8]
