Kentico CMS Items CSS is Broken after upgrading XperienceByKentico version from 30.8.3 to 31.6.1

Hello Everyone - Greetings-
We are facing one issue while upgrading the XperienceByKentico from 30.8.3 to 31.6.1(lastest) and .net version from 8 to 10.
UI is breaking for Fields and Items in Kentico CMS for Published Item version

Before Publishing and in editing mode it looks good

After publishing input text controls borders are disappears, and richtext toolbars disappears.

I have tried all efforts from my side, like cleared the browser and CMS cache, delete bin/obj folders, clean and rebuild the solution, verify in developer tools console, network tabs, nothing is breaking and no 400&500 erros

Appreciate if you could help me or suggest any fix, its blocker and critical for us to fix asap. Thank you!

  1. Some client assets shipped with the product have automatic fingerprinting to clear caches when applying updates, but others don't. For example, Page Builder client assets can get cached longer than they should.
So, try clearing the cache on that page in your browser or try using a new browser/incognito.
  2. If you have a custom UI Form Component on that page and you have custom CSS in your Admin UI React bundle, under specific conditions it can impact the UI of the rest of the page, including form fields.

Hello Sean Wright - Thank you for your response.
I did verified all this but we do not have any custom css to admin bundle.
Explaining the issue little more like it's not just CSS, but the DOM structure itself is different between edit and read modes

RichText toolbar and border are disappeared from page completely, however they are coming back once page is in editing.
Something is not correct and broken after upgradation with publishing Item fields/contents.
If you and anyone has experienced such issues while upgrading, please suggest?
Sorry I'm new to the platform, but could you please suggest if we can involved any experts from Kentico in this thread?
