Kentico Tree usability improvement suggestion

On previous Kentico versions we used to have up and down arrows to move items up and down the tree. See below:

If we had this on the new Kentico version tree, it will add another option for editors (in addition to drag and drop) to move in the tree.

When you have many items on the tree it's rather incovenient and also not very presise to drag and drop items up and down.
