“Start / Stop Site” functionality does NOT exist in Xperience by Kentico

“Start / Stop Site” functionality does NOT exist in Xperience by Kentico anymore. So If any chance we what to stop any spacific site or stop the site so I'm not able to do that

Correct, you cannot "stop" a website channel.

You can remove it or unbind any of it's domains at the Web server level or change it's domain configuration to prevent traffic from arriving for it.

"Turning off" a website channel always requires a lot planning and orchestration with other infrastructure - DNS and webserver redirects - to ensure customer experiences don't just break and marketing teams don't crash their SEO/GEO.
