what behavior or change when we set CMSCreateContactActionsLogWorker to false in XbyK?

I've checked document and saw this config CMSCreateContactActionsLogWorker, but I've try to set it false/true, but I don't see what difference here, could you let me know is it still work on XbyK or behavior for this config
